Jacinta's studio offers boutique style reformer Pilates and Personal Training in a beautiful studio in the heart of Long Jetty. Your personalised sessions can include Pilates Reformer, Strength and Yoga.

Jacinta's style of training is based around the principles of Pilates and incorporates strength, core and yoga elements. She will guide you through a specialised program that incorporates the Pilates reformer, weights, band work, ball and body weight exercises, along with Yoga based stretching.

 

 

 

Jacinta's wide variety of qualifications and skills in the Fitness Industry will ensure your sessions are varied and interesting and will guarantee your desired results. She understands that all bodies are unique and will personalise your session to ensure you walk away feeling energised and wanting to come back for more.
